If so, get emotional support to remove some of the load. Furthermore, talking to your doctor about prescription drugs to help stay focused and which are right for you. Exercising is a big help as well, since it increases cerebral blood flow while improving your brain cells. If your cloudy memory is a culprit of stress exercising is a great way to relieve it. Nutrition will help your focus by having a well balanced diet with lots of vegetables that will improve brain function. Like always, enjoy your life, and laugh a lot.
